Casa Carrillo Club - How It Works

The Casa Carrillo Club allows our customers and fans to earn points for a variety of actions, then redeem them for discounts, free merchandise and exclusive experiences for club members only. It's our way of thanking the cigar lovers whom we live to serve by giving something back!

Joining the Club

It's easy & free - if you're not already a member, just click here and complete the form. You'll receive an activation email, with a link that lets you activate your account, and you're in! Remember that to earn or redeem Club points, you must be logged in.

Earning Points

There are numerous ways you can earn points:

Follow us on Instagram	10 points
Follow us on YouTube	10 points
Attend an EPC Event	10 points
Purchase EPC merchandise in our store	1 point per dollar spent*
Purchase EPC cigars at your favorite retailer**	1 point per dollar spent*

* Excludes tax & shipping/handling charges

** To claim points for purchases of EPC cigars from other sources, email an image of your purchase receipt to customersupport@epccigar.com, ensuring you use the same email account you registered when joining the Casa Carrillo Club. We'll credit points for your purchase to your account within 5 working days.

Redeeming Points

You can redeem points in several different ways as well:

Trade points for discounts on merchandise from our store.
Redeem points for free merchandise available only to club members.
Redeem points for exclusive, members-only experiences we offer periodically.

View your points balance, see ways to earn more points, and redeem points by clicking the Rewards button at the bottom right of the screen.

If you don't see the Rewards button at the bottom of your screen, be sure to login! you must be logged in to earn or redeem points in the Casa Carrillo Club.
