How to Join the Club

If you haven't made an account yet, click the account icon in the top right corner and create your free account. Already have one? Just log in. That's it — that's step one.

Open the Rewards Panel

Once you're logged in, look for the Rewards button in the bottom right corner of your screen. Click it to expand the panel. You'll see your current point balance and three options: How to earn points, How to spend points, and View your rewards.

There are several ways to earn — follow us on social media, make a purchase, refer a friend, or attend a Casa Carrillo event. Event attendance and retailer box purchases are eligible for points on or after April 1, 2026. Click below to see the full breakdown of every way you can earn.

Points Through In-Store Purchases

Points are awarded for box purchases of 10 cigars or more, purchased on or after April 1, 2026. Single cigars, small-count boxes (under 10), and purchases made before April 1, 2026 are not eligible. If you have a qualifying purchase, drop your receipt into the submission panel below and we'll credit your account within 5 working days.

Redeem Your Rewards

When you're ready to redeem, click "How to spend points" in the rewards panel. Choose the reward you want, click Redeem, and it will automatically appear in your "View your rewards" panel. From there, simply copy the code and apply it at checkout to reduce your order total.

^** Eligible for events attended on or after April 1, 2026. To claim points, email an image of yourself at the event to info@casacarrillocigars.com using the same email registered with your Club account. Points will be credited within 6 working days.

^*** Eligible for box purchases of 10 cigars or more made on or after April 1, 2026. To claim points, submit your purchase receipt here.
