GENERAL SHIPPING:

We typically ship within 1-3 business days order being placed and ship out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except on Holidays. We offer several shipping options at reasonable prices.

Couriers like UPS provide detailed tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Currently we do not offer International shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Returns and Exchange:

We want you to love your product as much as we do. We believe all of our products are great, but if something is just not right, we accept returns or an exchange within the first 30 days of receiving your package.

DAMAGE & LOST ORDERS:

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.

On the rare occasion the shipping company does damage to your item, please reach to us directly with clear pictures of the damage within 10 days of receiving your order and we will work to get you a replacement as soon as possible.
